ORLANDO,FL - T S CREW, the newly renamed I&D division of TRADE SHOW SUPPLY, INC. can not only be found on the trade show floor during installation and dismantle days, but they can now also be found on the back page of the new "LifeStyles" section of EXHIBIT CITY NEWS each month.
"The T S CREW comic strip started out as a fun idea for an advertising campaign we were working on to launch our expanded I&D service capabilities. We wanted to poke fun at a lot of the challenges our I&D technicians encounter every day on the trade show floor. We've got a phenomenal group of employees, and we thought, why not share that humor with industry professionals who go through many of the same things?", explained company President Chris Griffin. "After sharing the ad proofs with the Exhibit City News publishing team, it turned out they loved the concept so much that they asked us if we would provide the comic strip to Exhibit City News for publication on a monthly basis. And it's taken off from there".
Griffin writes the story lines and text for each strip, which focus on real-life show-floor issues like exhibit design, installation & dismantle experiences, freight and transportation management, and exhibit rental stories, to name a few. Then Design Specialist Jason Hernandez uses a process called "comic animation" to create the realistic and lifelike look to the characters and images featured in each frame of the strip.
